Prepare and cook the meatballs as directed.
Let them cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Greek Turkey Meatballs
These juicy and flavourful meatballs are packed with spinach, feta, and fresh herbs. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
β cup panko bread crumbs
β cup crumbled feta
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
ΒΌ cup chopped red onion
3 cloves minced garlic
1 egg
4 cups spinach
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F.
SautΓ© spinach on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Add red onion and garlic, and cook for another 2-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a bowl, mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, feta, parsley, and egg. Chop the cooled spinach mixture into smaller pieces, then fold it into the turkey mixture.
Use a 2-inch cookie scoop to form 13 meatballs. Roll them by hand for a nice round shape and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
