Payment Information

A credit card is required to secure your booking, but it will not be charged until after your appointment or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. I accept e-transfer or credit card payments after the appointment. I am in the process of setting up direct billing through TELUS eClaims.

Please note: Direct billing to insurers is not currently available.

Insurance Coverage

In Alberta, many private health insurance plans offer coverage for Registered Dietitian (RD) services. However, coverage depends on your specific plan and provider. Insurance companies that commonly cover dietitian services include: Alberta Blue Cross, Manulife, Sun Life, Canada Life, Green Shield, and more. It's a good idea to check with your provider to confirm coverage for Registered Dietitian services under your benefits plan.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Missed appointments or late cancellations create gaps that could have been offered to others. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are subject to a $50 fee.
